Cookies and your choices

TQH Brain is operated by TQH Research and Development LLC.

What this website stores

We use browser storage named tqh_cookie_choice to remember your cookie choice, the date you made it, its expiry date, and the version of these settings. The choice is valid for 180 days. After that, you will be asked again on your next visit. You can also clear it through your browser settings.

When you make a choice, we also use tqh_cookie_receipt to connect this browser to its choice history and retry records that could not be sent. It contains a random receipt credential, not your name or email, and expires in this browser after 180 days without a new choice. Do not share this browser credential.

Your choice history

The record service stores acceptance, rejection, withdrawal and recognized Global Privacy Control events with a server date and time, a receipt reference, and the version of the notice presented. These records are separate from acceptance of the Terms or approval of a connected feature. We do not add your name, email address, browsing history or raw IP address to the choice record.

Open Cookie preferences and choose Download my choices to save the records associated with this browser. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may remove your ability to retrieve earlier records through this control. Keep your downloaded receipt if you want to refer to those records later.

If the record service is unavailable, optional tracking remains off. Your browser will try to send the pending choice records again on a later visit; you can also use Retry saving record in Cookie preferences. Withdrawal applies immediately and does not wait for the record service.

Withdrawing a choice creates a later event; it does not erase the earlier history. Each company-side cookie-choice record is kept for 365 days from the time it is recorded, then removed by the daily cleanup process unless a documented legal hold requires longer retention. This is separate from the 180-day browser preference. Contact us about access or deletion requests using your receipt reference. Necessary hosting and security logs have their own retention settings.

Optional tracking

No optional analytics or advertising services are enabled in this version of the website. Accept all and Reject optional therefore both leave optional tracking off. If optional services are added, we will ask for a new choice before enabling them.

The fonts and walkthrough video are served from this website rather than loaded from an external font or video provider.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to reopen your settings. Choose Reject optional / withdraw to replace an earlier acceptance. If your browser prevents saving preferences, your choice will apply to the current page and you may be asked again on another visit.

Browser opt-out signals

When your browser exposes an enabled Global Privacy Control signal, these controls keep optional tracking off and disable Accept all while the signal is enabled.

Hosting and other services

Delivering a website involves technical information such as your IP address and requested pages. Cookie preferences do not turn off the processing needed to deliver the site. These controls apply to this public website. Following a link to the customer portal or another service takes you to that service, which has its own notices and controls.
